I recently had weight loss surgery and this recipe is so perfect for me, but I did make a few tweaks, like I used 99% fat free ground turkey BREAST to make it even lower fat, and the bonus was, it doesn’t shrink up as much and there was no fat to pour off in between, I also used Sargento reduced fat 4-cheese Italian
